Making a Purchase
Browse our online store and add any products that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished adding products, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to provide a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. If you have a discount code enter it at CHECKOUT.
Payment
We accept payment via most Debit & Credit Cards and our online secure epayments are handled by Google Checkout. If you wish to find out more about Google Checkout then please view info here to explain how this secure payment system works and protects you as a customer. All payment information is sent across a secure server and you will see this as you begin to enter your payment details as https will appear in the address bar so show that it is a secure server.
If you would prefer to order by telephone then please call 01430-471152 to speak to our sales team who will process your order via HSBC secure payments.
Guarantee
All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. You can return your item to us in A1 condition unused (as sold with tags still on) for a refund. Faulty products will always be refunded or replaced (subject to stock availability) within 14 days.
We do not however, accept responsibility for accidental/intentional damage. All products are checked by our quality control team prior to despatch to ensure that they are in full working order.
Postage/Delivery
UK - Recorded Signed For is used as standard. If you are not in to sign for your parcel it will be returned to your local sorting office for a period of 7 days where you can take your card left by the postman to collect it. Delivery takes between 1-3 working days (unless a product is on back order). We use the services of Royal Mail. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of the order being received & payment confirmed. If your parcel is returned uncollected then we will notify you by email & arrange for redelivery.
EUROPE - Airmail is used as standard. This service covers the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Italy, Irish Republic, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland.
USA & CANADA - Airmail is used as standard.
Returns/Refund
Exchanges/Refunds will be given for any reason as long as your product is returned in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g-strings and hosiery. Refunds will be credited in the same way as the purchase method without exception. Items must be received within 14 days (UK customers) or 28 days (International customers).
Please complete the returns form found in your package. Please note that we do not refund the cost of post & packing costs or gift wrapping.

Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (www.hmso.gov.uk). We hope that you do not wish to return product to us, however, if you do we will return the cost of goods only.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely. We advise that you always use a form of recorded delivery if the item is valued over £36.00. Proof of posting is usually sufficient under this value using 1st or 2nd class mail, but it is at your risk. You will be contacted once goods are received back in stock & checked. If they are in A1 condition as outlined above your refund will be processed (may take up to 48 hours). You must return the goods in their original packaging undamaged.
Tax
For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is included in the price you see advertised. There are no additional costs to pay regarding tax.
Colour
Colour variations are possible due to the nature of the various fabrics/materials used. Please allow for slight variations when viewing products via our website. We do try to describe the colours as accurately as possible.
Out of Stock
If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will endeavour to try and back order it for you (subject to availability). You will be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you do not want to wait for the product to come into stock & a full refund will be given.
